Responsibilities:

  • Must have knowledge on Building Management System / Extra Low Voltage (ELV) system.
  • Generate new sales leads and responsible for profit margin of the relevant project.
  • Work closely with prospects to identify their technical and business needs.
  • Able to write comprehensive technical sales proposal of the systems.
  • Able to conduct sales presentation
  • Experienced in both tender and cost estimation process.
  • To conduct market analysis and competitor’s competition.
  • To manage and follow-up new and existing accounts.
  • Liaise with consultants, contractors, developers, building owners etc on a regular basis to establish good contacts and document their opinion and/or feedback and generate quotation and proposal.
  • Builds relationships with consultants at Manager/Directors level to understand needs and offers solution within some ability to adjust pricing and margin, subject to set set business parameters.
  • To attend site meeting as per requirement.
  • Follow up on projects from pre-sales to tender and/or implementation stage.
  • Prepare sales monthly report for presentation to management.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent
  • Minimum three years in Built Environment sector.
  • Possess strong sense of responsibility, initiative and commitment
  • Good communication skills and must be able to relate to people at all levels of the organisation
  • Good technical knowledge on Building Management System, Smart Solution, IT and Extra Low Voltage etc.
  • Good rapport with property developers/owners, consultants, main contractors etc.
  • Experience in handling large scale tenders.
  • Outgoing and pleasant personality.
